Bar Association Osoboye Mnenie was created on the basis of the Law “On Advocacy and the Bar in the Russian Federation” and today is a dynamically developing link of the Russian market of legal and consulting services. The Association has established itself as a respectable team of professionals and since has had a reputation as a reliable partner since its establishment. The success of the Association in the field of legal services can be attributed to the daily practical experience of qualified lawyers, as well as the variety of legal assistance provided.
The Association is mainly specialized in the representation of clients before state bodies, courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration courts of the Russian Federation, business support, and criminal defense.

- Legal investigation (collection of information; submission of requests; collection of items and documents that may be recognized as material or other evidence; cooperation with private detective agencies).
To legal entities:
- “Business lawyer” (legal support of economic and other activities of organizations on a permanent basis).
- Arbitration (consultations; preparation of legal opinions on all matters relating to the enterprise activity; conduct of cases on economic disputes in arbitration courts).
- Registration and winding up of legal entities (registration, reorganization, winding up, bankruptcy).
- Arbitration management services (support of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings as consultants and proxies; management of enterprises in crisis situations; regular monitoring of the financial state of enterprises for the purpose of prevention of bankruptcy and withdrawal of assets; development and implementation of financial recovery programs) — on the basis of Non-Profit Partnership Self-Regulatory Organization of Arbitration Managers Mercury.
- Legal support (holding meetings and negotiations with business partners; support and presence of a lawyer in the process of communication with various state bodies — the police, tax authorities, prosecutors, and the Federal Security Service).
